Pat Williams has been helping people buy and sell real estate in Northwest Florida since 1985. Over her career, Pat has closed 1,912 homes representing more than $383.7 million in sales. She joined ERA American Real Estate in 1986 and has been a Top 10 agent with the company since 1990. Her recognition also includes Rookie of the Year and the Jim Jackson Award.

Today, Pat works alongside the four-person Pat Williams Team at ERA American Real Estate. Together, they serve buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Florida, with a particular focus on Navarre, Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

The team works with primary residences, second homes and investment properties, with experience that also includes military and PCS moves, VA buyers, relocation, waterfront properties, condos, luxury homes, new construction and first-time buyers. While their experience is broad, sellers make up the largest part of the business today.

Pat’s decades in real estate bring perspective that can be especially valuable when a transaction does not go exactly as planned. She knows when to stay the course, when to recommend trying something different and how to help clients keep moving forward. As a rental property owner herself, she also brings firsthand experience to conversations with investors and second-home buyers.
